Description
This variety was discovered by grower Romauld Anfraix among a batch of ‘Dionaea fused tooth’. This clone shows a rich variation in differing teeth, sometimes fused together and sometimes free-standing. The name ‘Louchapates ‘ (French for noodle spoon) refers to the shape of the traps, that can grow to a length of 3 centimetres, whereby the extremities of each half of the leaf may grow together.
